When you contact us through our website form, by email, or by phone, we receive the information you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, the role you identify with (for example, resort guest, hospitality partner, or travel agent), and the contents of your message.
Our coverage activates for guests at partner resorts. In the course of providing membership benefits and coordinating emergency assistance, we may collect and process details such as your name, contact information, reservation or stay details, and information you share with us during an assistance request. Some of this information may be provided directly by you and some by the partner resort where you are staying. Because assistance can involve medical, travel, or legal situations, the details you share during an emergency may include sensitive information necessary to help you.
When you message our support number on WhatsApp, we collect your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the content of the messages you send us, so that we can understand and respond to your request.
WhatsApp messages are handled through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API. This means Meta Platforms, Inc. processes these messages on our behalf as a service provider (sub-processor). Replies you receive from us are reviewed by a WRR staff member before they are sent. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this website.
