In case of an emergency, your call to our state-of-the-art response center will be answered in less than 20 seconds. Your case will be evaluated by our experienced, multi-lingual staff and superior team of physicians to quickly determine the best course of action.

If necessary, emergency medical evacuation will be deployed by land, air or sea to assist your guest. Your hotel will no longer be responsible for the coordination of events in case of an emergency–effectively removing your liability, while giving your guests the assistance they need and deserve.
